Rewards Dinner in the Mountains

Bringing our clients to an unexpected and slightly untraditional venue to use for a celebratory rewards dinner is one of our specialties. We have connections to an array of venues including private estates, beaches, parks, and recreation spaces. It can be tough for some to imagine how you could bring in power, water, furniture, lighting, food, and entertainment into a space that has virtually nothing while still creating a comfortable, warm and enjoyable event; but that's where we come in! On top of our years of experience with producing incredible events and our warehouse full of furniture & decor, we also have just a few connections to suppliers and vendors who can help us build everything you need to enjoy an evening outside under the stars.

This group was looking for something more than a sit down dinner. They wanted an experience for their guests....an evening complete with unexpected details, beautiful decor, great music, and an atmosphere that encouraged mingling. As the space was fairly rustic, we brought in various rustic elements and dressed them up to create understated elegance. We built a custom backbar out of wine crates, created lounge nooks with fire pits separate from the dining area, and served food and drinks around the entire space.
